Since 1998 we have been implementing organic practices and gaining 'Organic Certification' for our vineyards in both the Hunter Valley and Orange High Country. We have eliminated non-organic fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides, and now focus on maintaining healthy, biologically active soil, and using natural alternatives against pests. The results, over a number of seasons have been excellent - both in the vineyard and in the glass.
