In all our wines we seek to achieve balance, complexity and concentration. As well as picking our fruit at the optimum ripeness, we endeavour to seamlessly integrate oak and impart savoury, mineral characters through our winemaking. We ensure our wines have freshness and life by avoiding excess alcohol, and crisp acidity provides them with structure and backbone.

All of our wines receive equal care and attention; however in some instances where the site, the season and our winemaking have conspired to produce a wine we believe is truly outstanding - and in the style to which we aspire - this wine will be released under our Stephanie’s Dream label.
